Proof of Insurance: A valid copy of USA Wrestling Card will be required, and to be uploaded with registration prior to first day of check-in, in order to participate in any activities during the BWC Legends Wrestling Camp of 2026.

Medical Consent: In the event of injury, I authorize the program officials of Nampa Bulldog Wrestling Club to arrange for such medical services as may be deemed reasonable and necessary to the welfare of injured party. I release the Nampa Bulldog Wrestling Club and all others from liability in taking such action, including all action, which may be contrary to my personal religious beliefs.

Liability Release: I agree to release the Nampa Bulldog Wrestling Club, Nampa High School, Featured Clinicians and all other cooperation’s, agencies, employees, coaches, officials and or managers thereof from all liability for damages by reason of injuries or property damages that may be sustained as a result of participating in this program. I have read this release and consent to medical treatment and understand all of its items. I sign this voluntarily with the full knowledge of its significance.
